The first build and deploy is free with no card required. Paid plans are $20 per month (Starter), $100 per month (Growth) and $200 per month (Empyre). A pay-as-you-go option allows unlimited companies. Billing is in crypto on 30-day cycles.

Do I own the code and the revenue?

Yes. The repository is created in your GitHub account, or in Empyre's account with you granted admin on it if you have not connected GitHub. Your customers pay your own payment keys directly, so Empyre takes no cut of your revenue and never holds a payment key.

Does Empyre do the marketing too, or just the code?

Marketing is a whole agent, not a checkbox. The CMO researches topics and publishes articles to your product's built-in server-rendered blog. Every generated business ships JSON-LD, a real sitemap, AI-crawler-aware robots.txt, llms.txt, and RSS; the agents audit and repair the deployed site's SEO and answer-engine visibility. On Growth and above, the CMO also runs Google Ads 21 days after launch. The CLO writes your terms and privacy pages, and the Creative Director produces the brand images, product shots and video the campaigns need.

What are Relay and Vault?

They are Empyre's two sibling products for people building AI agents. Relay provides OAuth and identity for AI agents — hosted consent, PKCE, scoped tokens and revocation. Vault does two things: it stores the keys agents use, and it signs with them. A signing key has no read path at all, so the agent sends a payload and receives only the signature — never the private key.
