Empyre privacy policy
Empyre processes the account details needed to identify a founder, the business instructions and files they provide, company and agent records, repository and deployment metadata, usage and spend records, support messages, security events and the information required to administer subscriptions and crypto payments.
Credentials belong in the encrypted environment vault rather than a chat message. Access is restricted by service role and purpose, and retention depends on the record type, account status, security obligations and legal requirements. The policy also explains access, correction and deletion choices and how to contact the team about personal information.
How Empyre works
Empyre is an AI business builder for founders who want a working company rather than a one-off code draft. You describe the business once, then specialised agents plan it, write and test the software, deploy it, prepare the legal pages, publish marketing content, answer support work and keep activity within an explicit budget.
The agents continue on a schedule after launch, while the founder can review the repository, deployment, decisions, spend and company memory from one dashboard. Empyre is currently for web products built with Next.js and deployed on Vercel; founders retain their repository and revenue, and Empyre never needs a payment secret pasted into chat.
