Empyre terms of service
These terms govern access to the Empyre platform, its AI-agent workforce, generated repositories, deployments, company operations and related support. They explain account responsibility, permitted use, subscriptions and credits, ownership, service availability, suspension and the limits that apply to software created or operated with automated systems.
You remain responsible for the business you direct, the information and credentials you provide, the legality of its product and marketing, and reviewing generated work before relying on it. Do not use Empyre to violate another person's rights, bypass access controls, distribute malicious software or make deceptive claims.
How Empyre works
Empyre is an AI business builder for founders who want a working company rather than a one-off code draft. You describe the business once, then specialised agents plan it, write and test the software, deploy it, prepare the legal pages, publish marketing content, answer support work and keep activity within an explicit budget.
The agents continue on a schedule after launch, while the founder can review the repository, deployment, decisions, spend and company memory from one dashboard. Empyre is currently for web products built with Next.js and deployed on Vercel; founders retain their repository and revenue, and Empyre never needs a payment secret pasted into chat.

JavaScript is required to sign in and use the Empyre dashboard. The product information above and the linked public pages remain readable without it.
