Empyre referral programme terms

These terms govern the Empyre Earn referral programme and apply in addition to the Empyre Terms of Service. Every Empyre account can take part, on every plan and with no plan at all. A signed-in account has a referral link and earns 15% of every eligible Empyre plan payment made by a customer attributed to it, for as long as that customer keeps paying.

Eligible payments are the Starter, Growth and Empyre subscription plans, including renewals, upgrades, downgrades and prorated charges. Pay As You Go, usage charges, credit purchases and top-ups, add-ons and other one-off purchases earn nothing, and Relay, Vault and Ledger are not part of the programme. Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually paid after any discount and excluding taxes, never on a list price.

A referral counts only for a new Empyre customer who used the link before signing up; attribution is fixed once, when the account is created. Each commission is Pending for 30 days and becomes Available if no refund, chargeback or dispute occurs. Refunds reduce commission proportionally. Payouts go through Stripe Connect after identity verification, with a $25 minimum, and are requested by the referrer rather than sent automatically.

How Empyre works

Empyre is an AI business builder for founders who want a working company rather than a one-off code draft. You describe the business once, then specialised agents plan it, write and test the software, deploy it, prepare the legal pages, publish marketing content, answer support work and keep activity within an explicit budget.

The agents continue on a schedule after launch, while the founder can review the repository, deployment, decisions, spend and company memory from one dashboard. Empyre is currently for web products; founders retain their repository and revenue, and Empyre never needs a payment secret pasted into chat.
