Searchers asking "Polsia the vault" or "Polsia vault" are usually not looking for Polsia subscription tiers or an Empyre versus Polsia verdict. They want to know what Polsia means by a vault inside its product — what it stores, who it is for, and how it relates to the operator that signs into websites, answers encrypted X chats, and runs agentic tasks on a schedule.
Polsia's marketing site (polsia.com), read on 8 November 2026, does not define a vault on the public homepage or in its sitemap. The feature appears after sign-in as Personal vault, routed at /settings/vault, with copy surfaced from the live web application bundle the same day. That is different from Polsia pricing and from Empyre vs Polsia; this page stays on credential storage and privacy boundaries.
Polsia's terms (last updated 17 September 2026) describe Connected Services and credentials you enable for agentic actions — GitHub, Gmail, social accounts, and similar OAuth connections — but they do not name a Personal vault feature. What follows is therefore what Polsia's own signed-in UI says, not a legal definition from terms alone.
What Polsia's vault is, in plain language
Polsia's Personal vault is a founder-facing credential wallet inside the Polsia account. It holds values Polsia's agents and browsing automation need when they fill website forms, create accounts on your behalf, reuse your contact details, or read encrypted X direct messages — without you pasting passwords into chat every time.
The product separates two ideas in its UI, both read on 8 November 2026 from the web app bundle. Logins & other secrets covers website accounts, passwords and API keys kept separate from profiles. Personal profiles (reusable profiles) hold passenger and contact details you can reuse across websites for bookings, forms and similar requests. A third item type, X Chat passcode, stores the four-digit passcode for encrypted chats on X so Polsia can read and answer those messages when you ask or in a DM routine.
That vault is account-level settings, not a public product like Empyre Vault (vault.empyre.dev). Polsia also labels a company-facing Secrets area in the same application for API keys and credentials your generated site's runtime reads — distinct from the Personal vault, though both answer to secret-handling questions during a trial.
What the Personal vault stores (Polsia UI, read 2026-11-08)
| Category in the vault UI | What Polsia says it is for | What to verify in trial |
|---|---|---|
| Logins & other secrets | Website accounts, passwords and API keys, kept separate from your profiles. | Create one throwaway login; confirm values stay hidden in chat and only field names appear. |
| Website login (per site) | When Polsia creates an account, it can save email and password to the vault before submitting the form. | Read the handoff copy: saved credentials persist even if signup is pending or rejected. |
| Reusable profile / Personal information | Passenger and contact details reused across websites; profile name so Polsia can find the right record. | Save two profiles; confirm only missing details are requested on the next form. |
| X Chat passcode | Four-digit passcode for encrypted X chats; Polsia saves it privately to read and answer encrypted messages. | Understand disconnecting X does not revoke the passcode — delete it in the vault or change it on X. |
| Authenticator setup key | Paste the TOTP setup key from a website's security settings; Polsia can generate sign-in codes for a supported saved login. | Confirm this is the setup key, not a one-time code from an authenticator app. |
What Polsia can see versus what stays private
Polsia documents a deliberate split between metadata and secret values. UI copy read on 8 November 2026 states that chat can see item names, categories, websites and field names while values stay private. For reusable profiles, Polsia sees the profile name and which fields you saved; the browsing service can use required values to fill a website for your request.
Saving credentials does not authorize a payment on its own — the UI states that explicitly for profile use. That matters when you are deciding whether a stored card number or billing field could trigger spend; verify separately for any flow that connects Stripe or ad budgets (covered on the pricing article, not here).
Secure-link handoffs reinforce the same model: copy tells you to return to your conversation and ask for a new secure link after saving, and that saved information remains in the vault. Treat any secure link Polsia sends as you would any credential form — check the domain and whether you initiated the request.
How the vault fits Polsia's operator product
Polsia markets one operator that plans, ships code, runs ads, replies to customers and posts on social channels (polsia.com homepage, read 8 November 2026). Its terms describe agentic actions taken under permissions, budgets, schedules, credentials, integrations and settings you enable.
The Personal vault supplies the human-side secrets those automations need when a workflow is not satisfied by OAuth alone — signing into a third-party site, reusing your legal name on a booking flow, or unlocking X Chat ciphertext. Connected Services in the terms still cover OAuth-style integrations (for example GitHub or Gmail); the vault is the parallel store for values you enter through Polsia's own forms.
Polsia's terms also describe infrastructure provisioning under Polsia-managed GitHub, Neon and Render accounts unless you connect your own. Database credentials for generated companies are a different layer from the founder Personal vault; the UI mentions application-stored customer data and database credentials in export-related copy, which is about company data — not a substitute for reading Polsia's privacy policy on what it retains.
What Polsia's vault is not
A public marketing page
polsia.com/sitemap.xml on 8 November 2026 lists the homepage, about, blog, legal pages and login — not /settings/vault. Expect to sign in to inspect it.
Polsia pricing or plan entitlements
Subscriptions, task credits and platform fees live in billing flows; see the dedicated pricing article rather than inferring cost from the vault.
Empyre Vault or vaultre API
Empyre Vault is a separate product (vault.empyre.dev) with agent tokens, policies and signing endpoints documented on Vault API (Vaultre). Polsia's Personal vault is an in-app store for founder credentials, not that HTTP API surface.
Automatic legal permission to act
Terms place responsibility on you to review outputs and agentic actions. Storing a password does not replace approvals, ad policies, or CAN-SPAM compliance for outbound mail.
Buyer checklist — Polsia Personal vault
Run this inside a trial account before you store production passwords:
Open /settings/vault
Confirm the Personal vault loads; the UI can report that your personal vault is not available yet on some accounts — note that state instead of assuming the feature is off.
Metadata in chat
Ask Polsia to use a saved login; verify chat shows names and categories but not cleartext values.
Capacity
If you hit a vault full error, the UI says to remove an unused item and save again — test how many items your workflow needs.
X Chat passcode lifecycle
Read Polsia's warning that the passcode unlocks past and future encrypted messages until you delete it or change it on X.
Company Secrets separately
If your company needs runtime API keys, locate the in-product Secrets area (API keys and credentials your site reads at runtime) and confirm whether those keys are scoped per company.
Deletion and export
Before account deletion, check whether Polsia offers data export and how vault items are backed up or removed — terms describe account responsibility but not vault-specific retention in the excerpt read for this page.
Common questions
What is Polsia the vault?
In Polsia's signed-in product it is the Personal vault at /settings/vault: stored website logins, reusable personal profiles, X Chat passcodes and related secrets Polsia uses when automating forms and encrypted messages. Polsia's public marketing site did not define it on 8 November 2026.
Can Polsia see my vault passwords?
Polsia's UI states that chat sees item names, categories, websites and field names while values stay private, and that browsing automation can use required values to fill sites. Treat that as a product claim to verify in your trial, not a third-party audit.
Is Polsia vault the same as Empyre Vault?
No. Polsia's vault is an in-account credential store for its operator. Empyre Vault is a separate secrets and signing product with its own console and agent API, described on this site's Vault API article.
Where is Polsia vault documented publicly?
Not on polsia.com/pricing (still not found on earlier reads) and not on the homepage read 8 November 2026. Documentation is effectively the in-product settings page and handoff copy.
Where Empyre fits (once)
Empyre is an AI company operator on empyre.dev: eight scheduled executives build and run a business from your brief, with encrypted secret storage and key-request flows inside the company dashboard for values agents need at runtime — not a founder-facing "personal vault" page named the same way Polsia labels theirs. Founders evaluating a standalone agent secrets product compare against vault.empyre.dev and the Vault agent API article linked above; founders evaluating Polsia should test /settings/vault in a Polsia trial and read Empyre vs Polsia only if the purchase is operator versus operator, not vault versus vault.
